Getting started with Pandas, and peeking under the hood!

Check out our most thematic meeting in months!Nicole Lettich will introduce Pandas, Python's popular "programmable spreadsheet" for data handling, including:
- connecting to excel and csv files
- checking data quality
- using the built-in plotting function to perform exploratory data analysis
Also we will start a new series, "demysti-py", in which we peek under the hood to see how common constructs are implemented. First up--Pandas! Specifically the "DataFrame.loc"...method? function? What is it exactly, and how does it work?
